As a key thought partner to Games leadership and Strategy teams, you possess a global mindset and strong business acumen. Desirable

Experience in financial planning and analysis within the gaming industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with mobile and cloud/TV platforms will be an advantage. You should be comfortable navigating the complexities of financial strategies in a rapidly evolving entertainment landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis for Netflix's Games business, partnering closely with the leadership team to oversee both short- and long-term financial planning across Game Studios, Operations, Technology, and other supporting functions. You will help shape the financial roadmap to scale the games business, ensuring that financial strategies align with overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing financial models that support decision-making processes and drive business growth. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that financial insights are integrated into strategic planning and operational execution. Your role will involve analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

You will also coach and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. By building strong relationships with cross-functional partners, you will facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that financial considerations are embedded in all aspects of the games business.
