You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the biopharma sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies that align with product launches. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Market Insights, Market Access, and Medical Affairs is essential. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes and understand the nuances of patient marketing. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders. You are results-driven and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients with unmet needs.
Experience in launching products in the rare disease space is a plus. Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis will enhance your ability to make informed decisions.
