Google is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for their Google Cloud team to drive business development and manage customer relationships. You'll leverage your expertise in cloud solutions and B2B sales to engage with startups in Vilnius and Warsaw.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company. Your background includes prospecting and building strong customer relationships, and you are fluent in English and either Lithuanian or Polish to effectively engage with local markets. You have a proven track record of selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software to startups or digital native organizations, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes. You are skilled in working with cross-functional teams and partners during implementations and negotiations, and you have experience with commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. Cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives is second nature to you, and you have a passion for building Greenfield territories.
Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build migration business cases would be a plus. You thrive in environments where you can manage complex business cycles, present to C-level executives, and negotiate terms effectively.
In this role, you will be part of the Google Cloud Platform team, helping customers transform and build what's next for their businesses using cloud technology. You will manage complex business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms to maximize business impact within startup customers. Your responsibilities will include driving business development, owning operational excellence at scale, accurately forecasting, and achieving strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are aligned with their business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers see the benefits of Google Cloud technology come to life, and you will be expected to leverage your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
