You have a strong background in enterprise sales and consulting, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-level customer relationships. Your ability to influence cross-functionally and navigate complex organizational structures sets you apart. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Apple’s enterprise customers, guiding them through the adoption of Apple products and solutions. You will work collaboratively with various teams within Apple, including Major Accounts and strategic solution partners, to develop and execute plans that transform the way businesses operate. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and driving the execution of these solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You will also be involved in identifying new use cases for Apple products, helping to inspire customers to innovate and improve their workflows.
