Dropbox is hiring a GTM Strategy Partner to drive growth and customer acquisition strategies. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, utilizing data-driven insights to shape GTM strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales operations.
You have a strong background in developing programmatic GTM motions and Sales Plays, with a keen understanding of the AI market and AI product adoption patterns. Your experience partnering with Field organizations such as Sales, Customer Success, and Field Marketing has equipped you with the skills to translate insights into actionable strategies. You are adept at conducting structured, data-driven analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and focus areas for ideal customer profiles (ICP).
You excel in leading the insight and problem framing behind GTM decisions, including customer targeting, segmentation, and prioritization. Your ability to design analytical frameworks and performance dashboards allows you to present clear, executive-ready recommendations that shape GTM strategy and investment decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with various teams to ensure that strategies are sharp, data-informed, and executable in the field.
Experience in a similar role within a tech company is a plus, particularly if you have a background in sales operations or revenue operations. Familiarity with advanced analytical frameworks and performance measurement techniques will set you apart. You are passionate about driving measurable revenue outcomes and have a track record of influencing high-impact decisions for leadership teams.
As a GTM Strategy Partner at Dropbox, you will play a crucial role in guiding how the company grows, defends, and acquires customers. You will be responsible for running the engine room for strategy and insights that directly influence the iteration of Sales Plays and prioritization frameworks.
