In this role, you will be responsible for developing training content from scratch, ensuring that it is aligned with product updates and customer needs. You will work closely with product teams to understand new features and translate them into effective learning materials. Your role will involve creating a variety of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, and video tutorials. You will also gather feedback from users to refine and enhance the training content, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in the training materials you create. Your contributions will directly impact how customers engage with AuditBoard's technology, helping them to navigate complex topics with ease.
