Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to support their inspection center in Eugene, OR. You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles, moving them between departments, and inspecting for quality. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

While not required, any previous experience in automotive detailing or similar roles would be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly will set you apart in this role.
As an Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure they meet the company's high standards. You will also take on the role of Lot Attendant, moving vehicles from one department to another within the inspection center, ensuring a smooth workflow. Additionally, you may work as a Photobooth Associate, taking photos of vehicles for customer viewing, or as a Quality / Inspection Associate, where you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects.
You will be part of a team that values efficiency and quality, and you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the automotive retail process. Your role will require you to be proactive and attentive, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the best of your ability.
Carvana offers a competitive starting pay of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. You will work a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm, with the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs.
