Job Description

The External Fulfillment Operational Expansion Program Manager will drive the growth and optimization of Mexico's External Fulfillment operations through international best practice adoption and innovative process development. This role involves extensive collaboration with global teams, including immersive learning experiences during its onboarding in India, Brazil, and Europe to understand and adapt successful External Fulfillment models. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes across our programs, working closely with business partners to ensure seamless expansion of operations. Key responsibilities include defining expansion roadmaps, managing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing operational workflows, and establishing standardized best practices for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with a global mindset, demonstrating the ability to adapt international learnings to the Mexican market while maintaining operational excellence in speed, performance, and cost efficiency. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions that support External Fulfillment's expansion goals.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand and optimize External Fulfillment operations
- Visit other countries and regions External Fulfillment Operations (India, Brazil, Europe) to identify and adopt best practices
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices across External Fulfillment programs
- Drive international knowledge transfer and best practice adoption from mature operations
- Create and execute expansion roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Manage relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive data-driven improvements
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, performance, and cost efficiency

A day in the life
As an External Fulfillment Operational Expansion Program Manager, you'll collaborate with global teams to identify and implement best practices from successful markets. You'll analyze data to make strategic decisions, lead cross-functional meetings with business partners, and drive improvement initiatives across all External Fulfillment programs. Your day might include reviewing operational metrics, developing expansion strategies, coordinating with international teams, and working closely with local stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new processes and improvements.- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of general experience
- 4+ years of program management or similar responsibilities
- 4+ years of data analysis experience
- 4+ years of defining and executing program timelines & requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1+)
- Ability to travel internationally for extended periods
- Experience managing cross-functional projects- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of supply chain or logistics experience
- Experience working in international markets
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail operations
- Experience working with external partners or vendors
