You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts and driving strategic growth initiatives. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the complexities of nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients. You are a visionary leader who can architect business strategies that align with customer needs and technology roadmaps. Your ability to lead and inspire a team of Key Account Directors is essential, as you will be responsible for orchestrating their efforts to maximize customer lifetime value. You thrive in environments where collaboration and communication are key, and you are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results.

You possess a deep understanding of the identity and security landscape, particularly as it relates to technology adoption and customer engagement. Your experience in the tech industry, especially with SaaS products, equips you with the insights needed to position Okta as a core component of your clients' technology strategies. You are not just a sales leader; you are a trusted advisor who can influence decision-making at the highest levels within client organizations. You are committed to continuous learning and growth, both for yourself and your team, and you embrace diverse perspectives to drive innovation.

Desirable

Experience in the identity management or cybersecurity sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Okta's products and services.
