What you'll do

As a Lending Operations Specialist at Knock, you will be responsible for managing the operations related to the Knock Bridge Loan™, which allows homebuyers to unlock the equity in their current homes. You will ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and within defined deadlines. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including loan officers and agents, to facilitate smooth transactions. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality in your work, ensuring that all documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
