Airwallex is seeking an Account Executive for their SME & Growth team to drive user acquisition and manage client relationships. This role requires strong expertise in sales and a collaborative mindset.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SME sector, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact. Your strong communication skills allow you to build relationships with clients and understand their needs deeply. You are motivated by results and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that you are always aligned with the company's goals. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different departments to deliver the best solutions for clients. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will also collaborate with the product team to provide feedback from clients that can help shape future offerings. Regularly, you will analyze sales data to track performance and adjust your strategies accordingly. You will participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of Airwallex's solutions. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Airwallex in the market. You will also contribute to the development of sales materials and training for new team members, sharing your expertise and insights.
