Job Description

**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced and highly detail-oriented **Senior Operations Manager** to oversee and ensure the seamless **service delivery** of **intra-company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** and manage our comprehensive **third-party regulatory compliance and risk assessment program**. This critical role requires expertise in applying **European Banking Authority (EBA)** and **Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)** guidelines to ensure robust oversight of external vendors and internal service providers, minimizing risk and optimizing operational performance. **What the Candidate Will Do** 1. Manage intra-group service delivery across global functions maintaining SLAs, service catalogues, KPIs, and performance dashboards. 2. Oversee the full lifecycle of outsourced and third-party/ICT providers, including due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and exit 3. Conduct risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, performance reviews, and manage incidents/SLA breaches with timely escalation and remediation. 4. Support regulatory and governance requirements by preparing audit and regulatory documentation and maintaining TPRM/outsourcing policies, processes, and templates. 5. Contribute to operational resilience), track KPIs/KRIs, maintain governance records, and drive continuous improvement. 6. Strategic thinking, leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency 7. Implement and maintain operational controls in line with EBA/FCA Guidelines, DORA, PSD2, and local supervisory requirements. **What the Candidate Will Need** 1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in risk operations, service delivery, or vendor management, preferably within the financial services sector. 2. Practical working knowledge of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, FCA requirements, and other relevant financial services regulations impacting third-party and internal service arrangements. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident using data to make decisions and build business cases. 4. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast changing environment Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
