You'll be responsible for building executive-level relationships and generating new business opportunities. This role requires strong experience in partnership management and cloud technologies.
You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally with 5+ years of experience working with cloud technologies. Your ability to build and leverage executive-level relationships with major cloud providers like Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure sets you apart. You are results-driven, with a knack for generating new business and uncovering new workloads through strategic partnerships.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to drive large and strategic deals. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively interlock with various teams, ensuring alignment and support for pipeline generation. You are proactive in identifying opportunities and developing a robust sales pipeline through cloud partners.
Your passion for technology and innovation fuels your drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable forecasting co-sell Net ARR and have a deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem. You are committed to achieving quotas and generating new business, leveraging your expertise in partner programs.
Experience in the database industry or familiarity with MongoDB products is a plus. You may also have a background in sales or business development, which enhances your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
In this role, you will lead the strategic pursuit of partnerships with cloud providers, acting as the deal maker between MongoDB and its partners. You will own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, focusing on generating incremental pipeline and growing deal sizes. Your responsibilities will include proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline through our cloud partners.
You will drive large-scale transformation opportunities across customer bases, collaborating with MongoDB field sales and partner sales teams. Your role will involve interlocking with the Global Cloud Program team to ensure you have the necessary backup and support for pipeline generation. You will forecast co-sell Net ARR and work closely with cloud partners to support their direct sales force on defined end-user sales pursuits.
Your success will be measured by your ability to generate strategic joint pipeline with Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of MongoDB. You will be at the forefront of building executive-level relationships that drive significant business outcomes.
