Akuna is seeking a C++ Developer to contribute to the build-out of their proprietary options market-making trading platform. You'll focus on analysis, design, implementation, and testing using the latest technologies. This role requires a strong background in C++ and multi-threaded programming.
You have a solid background in C++ development, with practical experience in multi-threaded and multi-core programming paradigms. Your understanding of object-oriented design and programming principles allows you to create robust and scalable solutions. You are curious and have a demonstrated interest in C++14 and beyond, which keeps you updated with the latest advancements in the language. You possess good English communication skills, making you comfortable with technical interviews and discussions in English. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field is part of your educational background, providing you with a strong foundation in technical concepts.
Experience with low latency technologies and trading systems would be a plus, as it aligns with Akuna's focus on high-performance solutions. Familiarity with open-source software and a pragmatic approach to technology solutions will help you thrive in this role.
