Photoroom is seeking an Account Based Marketing & Events Lead to drive account-based marketing and events for their Enterprise marketing team. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and sales to triple the pipeline and revenue. This role requires strong marketing expertise and offers a competitive salary of $146k to $171k.
You have a proven track record in account-based marketing and events, with experience leading initiatives that drive significant revenue growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with enterprise clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your analytical skills enable you to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with their needs and expectations.
Experience in the tech or AI industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and platforms that enhance marketing effectiveness. A background in event planning and execution will also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for organizing and managing events that engage potential clients and drive interest in Photoroom's offerings.
In this role, you will lead the account-based marketing and events marketing pillar for Photoroom's Enterprise marketing team. Your primary objective will be to triple the pipeline from these channels, building on the success of previous years. You will collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that target key accounts and drive revenue growth. You will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy and effectively engage potential clients. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine marketing approaches and improve outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that marketing investments yield the desired results. Regular reporting on marketing performance and pipeline growth will be essential, as you will need to communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.
Photoroom offers a competitive salary ranging from $146,000 to $171,000, depending on your level of experience and expertise. In addition to salary, you will have the opportunity to participate in our stock options program, allowing you to share in the company's success.
