Who you are

You are a motivated Growth Executive with a strong focus on securing revenue growth for existing merchants. You understand the importance of retention and satisfaction in a business context, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where putting partners first is a priority. Your bilingual skills in Spanish will enhance your ability to connect with a diverse range of partners, ensuring their unique goals and challenges are understood and addressed. You are flexible and adaptable, willing to travel as needed for in-person collaboration and team-building events.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for upselling incremental products and services to existing merchants, helping them accelerate their businesses. You will engage in high-volume phone calls and emails to promote DoorDash Ads, Loyalty, and Promotions. Your ability to connect and collaborate with partners will be crucial in understanding their needs and activating additional products on the DoorDash platform. You will work closely with the Inside Account Management Team to achieve the goals of managed partners, ensuring that their experience with DoorDash is both productive and rewarding.
