You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally within the technology or AI sectors — your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. You are comfortable working with technical products and can effectively communicate their value to diverse audiences.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change — your ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies into your sales approach sets you apart. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and leverage analytics to inform your strategies.

Your interpersonal skills are exceptional — you build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales objectives. You are a natural collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing initiatives.

You are passionate about AI and its applications in voice technology — your enthusiasm for the industry helps you connect with customers and convey the benefits of Deepgram’s offerings. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

What you'll do
