Yotpo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer focused on Cloud Cost Optimization to influence R&D cloud strategies. You'll leverage your expertise in AWS and Kubernetes to drive cost-effective engineering decisions. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
You have expert-level knowledge of AWS pricing models and cost optimization best practices, including the Cost Optimization pillar of the AWS Well-Architected Framework. With proven hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), you have worked in roles such as DevOps, Cloud Engineer, FinOps, or Platform Engineer. Your outstanding communication and collaboration skills enable you to influence, educate, and partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. You possess strong leadership abilities in cross-functional initiatives, capable of driving long, complex projects to completion by acting decisively and fostering teamwork.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to influence how our entire R&D organization builds in the cloud. Your role will involve analyzing cloud usage patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing best practices for cloud cost management. You will also be responsible for educating teams on cost optimization strategies and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
