What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of leads and front-line associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards for vehicle reconditioning, ensuring that every car meets Carvana's rigorous inspection criteria. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs, while also fostering a positive work environment that encourages team engagement.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives. Regularly reviewing performance metrics will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You will also play a key role in training and developing your team, helping them to grow in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the Inspection Center.
