You have a background in technology, business administration, or project management, with a strong focus on client engagement and integration processes. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills enable you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, technical services, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your experience in the payments industry and familiarity with APIs will be invaluable in this role. You are proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet or software company is preferred, as is a solid understanding of the payments landscape. Familiarity with SQL will enhance your ability to analyze data and provide insights during the implementation process.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will oversee the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients, guiding them from contract signing through to launch. You will proactively develop and manage integration architecture, ensuring that clients are aligned with Stripe's best practices throughout the onboarding process. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including sales and technical services, to facilitate a smooth transition for clients. You will be responsible for creating change management strategies and timelines that meet client needs while adhering to Stripe's operational standards. Your ability to engage with clients and provide proactive guidance will be crucial in helping them successfully adopt Stripe's capabilities.
