Experience in ecommerce technology and AI-driven solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with operationalizing OKRs and annual planning processes. You have a track record of successfully executing growth initiatives and programs that have led to measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Director of Strategy at Pattern, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Chief of Staff to operationalize the company's strategic direction. You will lead high-priority initiatives that advance Pattern's long-term growth, collaborating with functional leaders across Product, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Marketing.

Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's goals, ensuring that all teams are working towards common objectives. You will be responsible for tracking progress against these initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure success.

You will also play a key role in annual planning processes, including the establishment of OKRs that guide the company's focus and priorities. Your ability to analyze data and market trends will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

In this player-coach role, you will not only lead strategic initiatives but also contribute as an individual contributor, leveraging your expertise to drive results. You will mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
