What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the mk8s Core Team, focusing on the core backend services and key platform integrations for Nebius Managed Kubernetes. You will start as an individual contributor to build context and technical ownership, transitioning into leadership responsibilities as you ramp up. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing backend services that ensure AI workloads run efficiently and reliably. You will collaborate closely with other teams to integrate various components of the Nebius platform, ensuring seamless access through the Kubernetes API.

You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. As a hands-on leader, you will set the standard for technical excellence and guide your team in best practices for software development and deployment. You will participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help shape the technical direction of the mk8s team.
