You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a strong understanding of user research methodologies. You understand the importance of feedback and iteration in the design process, and you actively seek input from stakeholders to refine your designs. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Braze's Reporting and Billing features, focusing on creating a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define the vision and strategy for these features. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points, creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the design is consistent with Braze's brand and design guidelines. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the design process and outcomes.
