Amazon is hiring an Instandhaltungstechniker:in to ensure the maintenance and reliability of technical systems and equipment. You'll be responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in a logistics center in Frankenthal.
As an Instandhaltungstechniker:in, you are a key member of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team, ensuring that our technical systems and equipment operate continuously. You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our conveyor and building technology systems as well as production equipment. You help maintain the highest safety standards in workplace safety and prevent machine downtimes. You are proactive in executing preventive maintenance measures on a wide variety of devices at our locations, conducting repairs and troubleshooting as needed. You are familiar with the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness and adhere to all safety guidelines and practices. You also support the development and professional growth of apprentices at the site and work on projects for continuous improvement and the introduction of best practices across various EU locations.
In your role as Instandhaltungstechniker:in, you will be on-site at one of our logistics centers, responding quickly to technical disruptions. You will carry out a series of planned preventive maintenance measures on equipment to ensure their safe operation. Additionally, you will respond promptly to disruptions and failures, investigating the causes and finding solutions as quickly as possible. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the high availability of our technical systems and improving the quality of our devices. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the operations team.
