Stripe is hiring a GTM Finance & Strategy Sales Manager to guide go-to-market strategies and drive revenue performance across large customer segments. You'll leverage financial insights and work closely with the Global Enterprise Sales team. This role requires experience in high-growth technology or financial services companies.
You have a strong background in finance and strategy, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a high-growth technology or financial services company. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are comfortable using tools like Anaplan and Tableau to derive insights from complex data sets. You possess advanced SQL skills, enabling you to manipulate and analyze data effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making you a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You have experience managing teams and can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding is a plus, as is familiarity with financial forecasting and performance metrics. You are adept at communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that your recommendations are understood and actionable. Your ability to work cross-functionally will help you collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, and other teams.
In this role, you will partner directly with Stripe’s Global Enterprise Sales team, playing a pivotal role in guiding go-to-market strategies and driving revenue performance across large customer segments. You will lead strategic finance support for the Renewals, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects organization, managing a team of analysts to drive insight into user-level performance and sales performance. Your work will support Stripe’s ambitious global expansion and help accelerate growth in the enterprise customer base. You will use financial insights to shape investments, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize how Stripe builds its go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for translating complex financial data into actionable strategies that enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
