What you'll do

As the Lead Technical Recruiter at Ripple, you will own the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract the best talent. You will leverage various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and job boards, to identify potential candidates. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
