AMBOSS is seeking an English Speaking Medical Editor to support their medical editorial team. You'll leverage your medical knowledge to produce educational content for medical students, focusing on the US market. This role requires a commitment to improving medical education and collaboration with other physicians.
You are a committed physician with a strong background in medical knowledge and experience. You understand the challenges faced by medical students and are passionate about creating reliable educational resources. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with other motivated physicians to enhance medical education.
You have a foundational understanding of content management systems and are eager to learn about AI tools that can improve content delivery. You are detail-oriented and capable of integrating user feedback and evidence-based guidelines into your work to ensure the content remains current and relevant.
Experience in medical writing or editing is a plus, as is familiarity with educational technologies. You are open to learning new skills and adapting to the evolving landscape of medical education.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of physicians to plan, develop, write, and review medical content tailored for medical students. Your focus will be on the US market, ensuring that the content meets the needs of students and aligns with current medical guidelines.
You will review and optimize existing content on the AMBOSS platform, integrating user feedback to enhance the learning experience. Your role will also involve becoming an expert in the content management system, which integrates text, images, and videos to create engaging articles.
Additionally, you will develop a foundational understanding of AI tools, such as large language models, and use them thoughtfully to enhance content creation. You will collaborate with a diverse team, contributing to the mission of empowering medical professionals worldwide.
