Flex is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to support the growth and performance of key enterprise partnerships. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution to unlock new opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in partnership development.
You have a strong background in partnership development and management, ideally with experience in the FinTech sector. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable juggling multiple projects while ensuring that all partnerships run smoothly. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are proactive and organized, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
Experience in a growth-stage company or startup environment is a plus. Familiarity with the rental or property management industry would be advantageous. You have a knack for identifying new partnership opportunities and possess a strategic mindset that allows you to think several steps ahead. A background in analytics or performance monitoring will help you excel in this role.
As the Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for developing and launching new partnerships that align with Flex's mission. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to identify potential partners and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties. Your role will involve monitoring the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring they deliver measurable impact, and making recommendations for improvements. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure that partnerships are integrated effectively into the overall business strategy. You will also analyze data to assess the success of partnerships and identify areas for growth. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future direction of Flex's partnership strategy.
