Brex is seeking a Senior Manager of Implementation to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. This role requires strong project management and customer empathy skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success or implementation roles, ideally with experience in managing teams and leading customer onboarding processes. Your ability to empathize with customers allows you to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems. You possess strong project management skills, enabling you to oversee multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service. You are technically savvy, with a solid understanding of software solutions and how they can be tailored to meet customer requirements. Your change management expertise helps customers adapt to new processes effectively, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and support. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to drive solutions and deliver results quickly.
Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate spending solutions. You may have a background in consulting or project management, which enhances your ability to guide customers through complex implementations.
In this role, you will manage a team of Consultants responsible for implementing Brex Empower for new customers. You will lead the onboarding experience, ensuring that customers transition from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. Your strategic advisory skills will be crucial as you build trust with customers, helping them realize the full potential of Brex's offerings. You will take personal ownership of customer success, ensuring that they are set up for long-term satisfaction and engagement with the platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline the implementation process, addressing any challenges that arise and driving solutions with tenacity. Your role will involve setting performance metrics for your team and ensuring that they meet or exceed these targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
