Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in prospecting, selling, and closing deals. Your track record demonstrates success in selling complex products within the Advertising, SaaS, or Technology sectors. You possess the ability to quickly absorb product information and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and clients. You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to contribute to a leading advertising company.

What you'll do

As a Publisher Sales Manager, SMB, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound inquiries and conducting outbound prospecting to identify new publisher partners. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from onboarding a large volume of ComScore 500 to 2000 level publishers to helping them monetize their sites and enhance audience engagement. You will work closely with the Director to meet with prospects and close long-term business deals. Your responsibilities will include building detailed proposals using projection models in Microsoft Excel and creating engaging presentations for in-person and video conference meetings. You will also assist the operations team in implementing processes and structuring integrations to launch new partners successfully.

What we offer

Taboola offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $115,000 to $128,000. In addition to a strong compensation package, we provide several perks, including a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. You will also benefit from a competitive 401(k) match and paid parental leave, ensuring a supportive work environment that values your contributions and well-being.
