What you'll do

As a Senior Legal Counsel at Tines, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth by managing complex commercial transactions. You will work closely with the Director of Legal and other team members to ensure that all agreements align with Tines' business objectives and comply with applicable laws. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers and partners, as well as providing legal guidance on various business initiatives. You will also be involved in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, helping to protect Tines' interests as it expands its global footprint.

In addition to transactional work, you will contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures that promote compliance and best practices within the organization. You will collaborate with teams across the company, including sales, engineering, and finance, to address legal issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
