Overview

Elastic is seeking a Partner Manager to execute channel strategy across the MENA region. You'll be responsible for recruiting and managing key channel partners to drive revenue. This role requires strong execution focus and partner management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner management, ideally within the technology sector, and possess the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. Your experience includes identifying and recruiting key channel partners to support business goals, and you are adept at enabling established channel organizations to drive successful campaigns. You are assertive and execution-focused, with a strong understanding of how to establish a best-in-class channel ecosystem. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate between partner sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in the Middle East and North African markets is a plus, as is familiarity with Elastic's products and services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance will help you identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing Elastic's channel strategy across the MENA region. You will identify, recruit, enable, and manage key channel partners to support the company's long-term goals. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and executing partner enablement programs, driving campaigns with partners, and acting as a subject matter expert for everything related to Elastic. You will work closely with partner sales teams to ensure alignment and drive partner-sourced revenue.

You will also be tasked with monitoring partner performance and providing feedback to improve engagement and effectiveness. Building strong relationships with partners will be crucial, as you will need to understand their needs and how Elastic can best support them. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner initiatives align with overall business objectives and contribute to the company's growth.
