Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a strong skill set in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets high-quality standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary.

You thrive in a high-tech environment and are eager to utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's Inspection Centers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you an ideal candidate for this role. You understand the importance of teamwork and are willing to support your colleagues to achieve common goals. You are also open to continuous learning and development, especially if you are starting in an entry-level position.

Desirable

While not required, experience with advanced automotive painting techniques or certifications in automotive refinishing would be a plus. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying various types of paint, and ensuring a flawless finish.
