You have a strong background in knowledge management and professional services, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency. Your experience includes working closely with teams to identify challenges and implement solutions that drive success. You understand the importance of building systems and insights that empower teams to deliver consistently and effectively. You are a motivated individual who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys tackling unique challenges at scale. You are comfortable working with leadership to align strategies and ensure that the Professional Services team can focus on high-value customer interactions.
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with payment systems and data-driven decision-making. You have a knack for identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices that enhance team performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in this role, as you will be working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
In this role, you will join the newly established Professional Services Excellence team at Adyen, where your primary mission will be to build the systems and capabilities that allow the Professional Services team to thrive. You will work closely with the Professional Services Leadership team to identify key areas for improvement based on recent survey results, which indicate that a significant portion of the team's time is not spent on customer projects. By addressing these challenges, you will help increase the time that team members can dedicate to high-value customer interactions. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to develop insights and strategies that enhance the overall effectiveness of the Professional Services team.
