Your technical skills include proficiency in Java and SQL, enabling you to design and implement effective automation solutions. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operational and sales colleagues, to drive project success and improve client experiences. You understand the importance of scalability and efficiency in technology solutions, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex technical challenges with ease. Your experience in the financial services industry, particularly in annuities or insurance, gives you a unique perspective on the needs of the business and the clients. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation within existing systems and processes. Desirable

Experience with other distribution platforms such as AnnuityNet (AN4) and IPipeline (Affirm) would be a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector is also beneficial. You are open to obtaining any necessary licenses or certifications to comply with industry standards and regulations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving electronic business and data interfaces that support the growth of Global Atlantic's annuity business. You will configure, customize, and maintain Hexure FireLight applications, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the organization. Your work will involve collaborating with operational teams to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements, ultimately enhancing the client experience.

You will partner with sales colleagues and industry partners to deliver scalable distribution solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, allowing you to recommend and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth. You will also play a critical role in testing and optimizing existing systems, ensuring they function seamlessly and meet user requirements.
