As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring the data center infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are operational and performing optimally. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. Your role will involve participating in incident response activities, where you will coordinate efforts to address operational incidents effectively. You will also assist in maintaining the physical infrastructure of the data center, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. Your contributions will help ensure that AWS meets or exceeds defined service levels for data center operations.
