You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes are executed smoothly and safely. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered with high quality and accuracy. You communicate effectively with customers when issues arise and ensure that Dasher pickups go smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will support Site Management in running great shifts and delegating tasks effectively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that all processes are followed and that safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will also be involved in training new team members, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities within the DashMart.
