What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the CEO to drive company-wide strategic initiatives from conception through execution. You will help align the Executive Leadership Team and the broader organization around priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include shaping and supporting LaunchDarkly’s operating rhythm, including quarterly business reviews and leadership planning processes. You will act as the connective tissue across executives and teams, ensuring that strategy translates into coordinated action. You will operate with significant autonomy, exercising wide latitude in how work gets done, and act as a thought partner to senior leaders across the organization.
