Rain is seeking a Controller to build and operate the financial foundation of a global digital-asset and payments platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to support growth while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires experience in finance and a strong understanding of digital assets.

As the Controller at Rain, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring that all financial practices are in line with statutory laws and regulations. You will manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts that align with the company's strategic goals. You will also collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams to support the rapid scaling of the business across multiple international entities. Your role will involve analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights that will inform decision-making at the executive level. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization while supporting its ambitious growth plans.
