You are an organized and proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every candidate has a seamless experience throughout the hiring process. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with stakeholders and are committed to driving continuous improvement in recruitment operations. You have a foundational understanding of recruitment processes and are eager to learn and grow in the field. You are comfortable using technology to manage candidate data and are always looking for ways to optimize processes for efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse will be beneficial. A background in operations or project management can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Optiver, you will serve as the operational partner for the recruitment and hiring teams, managing full-cycle coordination for high-volume recruitment. You will schedule interviews, process assessments, and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth hiring process. You will take ownership of the candidate experience, working closely with candidates throughout their interview journey to deliver a top-notch experience. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and flow of candidate data within our ATS, acting as the go-to expert for optimizing processes and ensuring pipeline cleanliness. Your role will involve identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in recruitment strategies, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
