Experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse will be beneficial. A background in operations or project management can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Optiver, you will serve as the operational partner for the recruitment and hiring teams, managing full-cycle coordination for high-volume recruitment. You will schedule interviews, process assessments, and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth hiring process. You will take ownership of the candidate experience, working closely with candidates throughout their interview journey to deliver a top-notch experience. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and flow of candidate data within our ATS, acting as the go-to expert for optimizing processes and ensuring pipeline cleanliness. Your role will involve identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in recruitment strategies, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
