What you'll do

In this role, you will work at Amazon's fulfillment center in Amagasaki, where your primary responsibility will be to enhance the workplace experience for all employees. You will manage office layout changes and oversee the operation of the on-site store, ensuring that service levels are maintained and improved. You will also handle the procurement of various supplies and manage invoice processing to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be involved in facility management tasks, including energy-saving initiatives and coordinating repair orders. You will plan and organize events that promote employee engagement and satisfaction within the fulfillment center. Your role will also involve managing waste collection and recycling processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
