You have three to five years of experience in a manufacturing facility, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a production environment. You possess a basic understanding of the metric system and are committed to punctual and consistent attendance. Your attention to detail is paramount, and you thrive in a quality-driven atmosphere while managing the demands of a fast-paced work setting.
You are physically capable of lifting approximately 80-100 lbs and can stand for extended periods, ensuring you can meet the physical requirements of the role. Your organizational skills help you maintain a neat and orderly workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Manufacturing Supervisor with daily operations in the manufacturing department. You will assist in all activities related to product production, adhering to batch records and maintaining accurate journal logbooks.
