What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a bridge between Cohere's North product and client engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities into their workflows. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into technical requirements. You will work on deploying AI models and ensuring they operate effectively within client infrastructures. Your role will involve troubleshooting and optimizing AI systems to enhance performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet the unique challenges of the public sector. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the North platform, providing feedback and insights based on client interactions.
