What you'll do

You will establish governance standards that ensure data integrity and consistency across all finance operations functions. Your responsibilities will include partnering with various teams to ensure that finance operations are conducted with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for adapting governance practices to align with the dynamic cryptocurrency environment, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. You will lead initiatives to enhance the governance framework, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of accountability within the finance team.
