Spotify is hiring a Marketing Manager for their Advertising team to lead the execution of marketing strategies in Mexico. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive demand for Spotify's advertising solutions. This role requires strong project management and strategic thinking skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in marketing management, ideally with experience in advertising or media. You excel in building relationships and have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, particularly in the Mexican and LATAM markets. Your strategic thinking skills allow you to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with enterprise brands and media agencies. You are a strong collaborator, able to align with senior stakeholders across sales, communications, and global marketing functions. Your project management skills are exceptional, enabling you to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality. You possess a creative mindset, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that inspire and convert advertisers. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can anticipate market changes, adapting strategies accordingly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of the Advertising Business Marketing strategy in Mexico, focusing on driving consideration and demand for Spotify's advertising solutions. You will collaborate closely with local, regional, and international teams to ensure that Spotify's core ads messaging resonates with the target audience. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing campaigns that are locally relevant and impactful. You will analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform your strategies, ensuring that your initiatives are data-driven and effective. You will also work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in engaging enterprise brands and media agencies. Your role will require you to monitor campaign performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize results. You will report to the Associate Director of Business Marketing LATAM, providing regular updates on campaign progress and outcomes. You will be expected to contribute to the overall growth of Spotify's advertising business in existing markets and beyond.
