ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Global Deal Desk Analyst to optimize deal processes and drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to enhance deal velocity and compliance. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or Revenue Operations environment.
You are a solutions-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role. You thrive on optimizing complex processes and turning efficiency into significant revenue wins. Your exceptional organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a keen eye for detail. You understand the importance of compliance and financial integrity in driving business success, and you are passionate about contributing to a high-impact commercial operation.
Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have acted as a strategic advisor to Sales teams is a plus. Familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and the ability to analyze pricing data to identify trends and opportunities will set you apart. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, to handle complex deals and maintain commercial policies.
As the Global Deal Desk Analyst, you will be the central engine that powers ComplyAdvantage's commercial operation. You will drive deal velocity by reviewing and approving quotes, coaching Sales on optimal deal structures, pricing, and approval workflows. You will own and manage the full CPQ process, ensuring accuracy and compliance for high-value deals. Your role will involve identifying and implementing process improvements across CPQ and commercial workflows to streamline the deal cycle and boost team velocity.
You will analyze CPQ and pricing data to identify critical trends, risks, and high-value opportunities that inform strategic business decisions. Your insights will directly impact the company's bottom line and accelerate global expansion. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to handle complex, non-standard deals and ensure adherence to commercial policies.
