You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in technology or automation, where you've successfully owned product vision and strategy from inception to launch. You possess a deep understanding of customer needs and have a proven track record of translating those needs into actionable product requirements. Your strong analytical skills enable you to define success metrics and evaluate product performance effectively. You are empathetic towards customers and frontline operators, understanding the importance of delivering a trustworthy and intuitive experience. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and safety teams to ensure product success. Your ability to balance ambitious goals with operational realities makes you a key player in shaping product outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in safety-critical systems or robotics is a plus, as is familiarity with human-robot interaction (HRI) principles. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals. A background in last-mile delivery or logistics would be advantageous, providing you with insights into the complexities of automated delivery systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Amazon's last-hundred-yard automated delivery systems, focusing on autonomy behaviors and customer experience. You will define what “good” looks like for autonomous behavior and interaction at the doorstep, ensuring that delivery robots operate safely and reliably in complex environments. You will work closely with autonomy engineering and robotics hardware teams to translate customer needs into clear product requirements. Your responsibilities will include defining measurable success metrics and developing phased rollout plans for product features. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives. You will also play a critical role in shaping the customer experience as Amazon scales its automated delivery solutions from pilot programs to broader deployment.
