Horizon3 AI is seeking an EMEA Renewals Manager to lead the renewals lifecycle for SMB-Mid Market customers. You'll collaborate with various teams and utilize tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to drive renewals. This role requires 3+ years of experience in Renewals Management or Customer Success.
You have 3+ years of experience in Renewals Management, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment. Your strong background in managing a two-tiered Distributor/reseller model within the renewals sales cycle has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex renewals involving multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives. You are adept at crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with Finance and Legal teams to ensure seamless renewals. Your ability to analyze data and customer insights allows you to make informed decisions about renewal trends and strategies, minimizing customer churn and maximizing revenue growth.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Gainsight is a plus, as is a proven track record of identifying and closing multi-year renewals to mitigate revenue risk. You are a proactive communicator who engages key stakeholders effectively and can identify, escalate, and forecast at-risk opportunities. Your innovative mindset contributes to refining the customer renewal experience, making processes more effective and customer-friendly.
As the EMEA Renewals Manager, you will own, drive, and lead the renewals lifecycle end-to-end, from initial outreach to closing the renewal transaction. You will engage with key stakeholders to identify contract requirements and resolve potential roadblocks, ensuring an on-time close. Your role will involve crafting proposals and negotiating terms while working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product, and Finance teams. You will identify and create cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth and help develop and optimize our renewals program, from playbooks to processes. Additionally, you will utilize leading tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Gainsight to drive efficient renewals and track your performance.
