Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support the store leadership team. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and assisting with various sales floor tasks. This role requires strong selling skills and a proactive work ethic.
You have exceptional selling skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Your organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that the store environment is always welcoming and efficient. You are independent, proactive, and results-driven, with a work ethic that reflects utmost character, honesty, and transparency. You are at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, ready to engage with customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will support the store leadership team by fostering an environment that prioritizes customer experience. You will greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping journey, demonstrating product knowledge and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, preparing products for display, and maintaining an organized stockroom to ensure accessibility for employees. You will also participate in cycle counts and transfers to demonstrate loss prevention awareness. Continuous staff education will be part of your role, as you share product knowledge with your team to enhance their selling skills and customer interactions.
