What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the HCO Data team, you will lead a high-performing group of engineers in architecting the data engine that powers Veeva Link. Your primary responsibility will be to define and build resilient data pipelines that can handle complex data dependencies. You will work closely with product teams to understand their data needs and ensure that your team delivers high-quality solutions that meet those requirements.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, conducting regular one-on-ones to discuss career growth and technical challenges. You will also oversee the technical direction of the team, making architectural decisions that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions are integrated seamlessly into the broader product ecosystem.
